EDNA HEMMINGER MURRAY-VALENTINE, Born out of a wed-lock relationship between her mother Elizabeth Joann PETERSON, and her biological father John MURRAY before her mother married Orion Harrison Ogline Sr., the son of Saul & Lottie Ogline from Somerset County. Pennsylvania.

Edna was raised as one of the children by Orion OGLINE Sr. who'd given her away in marriage to Charles Phillip Valentine.

Edna & Charles had both been previously married, the couple had ONE DAUGHTER:

+ Betty Jane Valentine b: 8/25/1947

Betty would graduate high school thereafter uniting in marriage with William E. BERKLEY b. October 12, 1926.

IT IS NOTED: The family of step-father Oran Ogline published his OBITUARY April 5, 1946 in the Somerset Daily American Newspaper. The obit indicated Edna Hemminger as living in Somerset, PA.

Edna's OBITUARY published 01/08/1983 in the Somerset Daily American Newspaper has no indication of a marriage previous to her union with Charles Valentine. The obit indicates she was preceeded in death by her step-son James R. Valentine. Moreover, her husband Charles Phillip Valentine died 4 years later on July 17, 1987.
