PANSY EDNA OGLINE-SHROYER, daughter of Orin Harrison & Elizabeth Joanna PETERSON-OGLINE, and grand daughter of Solomon Orin & Laura Caroline SAYLOR-OGLINE all from Somerset County, Pennsylvania.

W/o Paul S. SHROYER that had preceeded her in death on 12/15/1998. The couple had married January 31, 1947 in Somerset County, PA. Pansy was the mother of 4 children: Rita Shroyer Landis, Von Shroyer, Melvin Shroyer, and Susan Shroyer Shields.

Preceded in death by parents, husband Paul S. on Dec. 15, 1998, brothers Charles, Wayne and Orin and sisters Agnes, Lillian and Violet. Survived by: children Rita married to Eugene Landis, Boswell, Von married to former Diana Wachs, Melvin married to former Virginia Adams, and Susan married to Wayne Shields, all of Johnstown, nine grandchildren, 18 great- grandchildren and one great-great grandchild, sister-in-law of Leoris Ogline, Somerset, Paula Shroyer, Germany, Phyllis, California, Pa., Robert and Joann Shroyer, East Canton, Ohio, David and Joyce Brewe, Cleveland, Ohio, and Cora Shroyer, Davidsville. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A 1946 graduate of Somerset High School. Former employee of Dorfman & Hoffman Garment Factory, Jerome and Whistler Sportsware, Hollsopple. Member of Jerome Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, baking, doing jigsaw puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren. Viewing from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 109 Church Road, Davidsville, where a service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday with Pastor Clifford Ott presiding.
