J.D. was born the son of the late Alonzo Harold and Jennie Ann Sanders Crane. Surviving him from his first marrage to Wanda Venable are Two daughters Tammy(Bill)Barber of Toney,Alabama Julie(Donnie) Holderfield,One Son Jay(Beverly)Crane of Soddy Daisy,Tennessee,his second wife and children wife the former Linda Tomastick of Pontiac Illinois,one son James Douglass Crane of Pontiac ,Illinois
Melinda & Tim White of Rainsville,Alabama,Melissa Crane of Pontiac Illinois,Sandy Crane of Pontiac Illinois.16 Grandchildren 2 Great Grandchildren. And many friends and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents one sister Lorine Baugh two sons Rickey Lynn,James Howard,One great grandson Dylan Eli Boshears.
