Michael H. Ahart, aged 71 years, formerly of this city, died at the Orwell Sanitarium early today. He had been a resident of Oswego for a number of years and had been a boilermaker by trade. He had been ill at Orwell for nearly two years.
Surviving him is one daughter, Mrs. Edward Gratzer, of Syracuse, one son, Daniel Ahart, of this city; one sister, Mrs. Charles Hoyt, and two brothers, Jacob and John Ahart, of Oswego.

He died of pulmonary tuberculosis, from which he suffered for two years. He died at 5 a.m. at the Oswego County Sanatorium.
