Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 22, at the First Methodist Church of Faulkton for Mrs. C. L. Sievers, Faulkton, who died suddenly Thursday afternoon at Faulkton. The Rev. Clayton Berry will officiate and burial will be in the Faulkton Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Charles Deiter, Leland Bent, Theodore Bradbury, Robert Dienslake, Stan Soule and George Fillbach. Grace Ann Stoddard was born July 6, 1902, at Faulkton, the daughter of George and Elfie Stoddard. She was married at Redfield on Dec. 31, 1923*, to Clarence Sievers. She is survived by her husband, Clarence, Faulkton; one daughter, Donna, Mrs. Marvin Speck, Faulkton; one son, Larry, Watford City, N.D.; seven grandchildren; one brother, Charles Stoddard, Sioux Falls; three sisters, Mrs. Glen Shaffer, Flat, Mo.; Mrs. Ruth Benson, San Diego, Calif.; and Mrs. Allrue Barkley, Peoria, Ill. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister.
