MRS. LANDGREBE'S RITES
Services for Mrs. Edward (Benna) Landgrebe Sr., 76, RFD 4, who died Monday in Aurora, Neb., after becoming ill on a vacation trip, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran church.
The Rev. Frank L. Stevenson will officiate with burial in Blachly cemetery. Friends may call at the Wetmore Funeral home after 1 p.m. Wednesday until noon Thursday.
Mrs. Landgrebe was born in Marengo, Ill., Feb. 22, 1889. On Dec. 1, 1910, in Valparaiso, she was married to Edward W. Landgrebe Sr., who died March 11, 1964.
She had been a resident of Porter county for 65 years. Mrs. Landgrebe was a charter member of the Trinity Lutheran church.
Surviving are three sons, Edward Jr., Elmer and Sen. Earl; one daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Elaine) Dye, all of Valparaiso; six grandsons; two granddaughters and four great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
