Wynema Ball Moffett, 90, died, Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at her home in Oxford, Miss.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, March 6, 2009 at 2:00 P.M at First Baptist Church with Dr. Robert Allen officiating.
The Graveside Service will be Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Unity Baptist Church Cemetery in Leakesville, MS, with Rev. Charles Ball officiating.

Visitation will be Friday, March 6, 2009 from 12:30 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church.
Waller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Wynema was the Daughter of the late Alex and Leona Ball. She was Born on November 24, 1918, in Greene County, MS, and was the fifth of seven Children.

A 1945 Graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi,.
She has lived in Jackson, MS, Titusville, NJ, White Sulphur Springs, WV, and Oxford, MS, where she was always active in the Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her Loving Husband of 55 years, Woodson W. Moffett, Jr.

She was a Retired Home Economics Teacher.
Wynema Unselfishly Devoted her Life to the care of her Family.
She was a Wonderful Artist and composed Beautiful Watercolor and Oil Paintings.
Her Loving Spirit and Quiet Wisdom made her an Inspiration to all who knew her.

Survivors include, her Daughter, Iva Rauch and Husband, Robert, of Bow, WA; three Sons, Woodson Moffett of Cary, NC; Larry Moffett and Wife, Shannon, of Oxford, MS and Gerry Moffett and Wife Jeannette, of Poway, CA; her Grandchildren, Jamie Rauch and Wife, Amanda; Julia Rauch, Alex Moffett, Sam Moffett; Noel Allen, and Husband, Jarrod, and Grant Moffett; and one Brother, Alex Dan Ball of Malvern, AR.
