A.C. Morgan, Sr. - Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 o'clock at Trinity Methodist Church for A.C. Morgan, Sr. 57, resident of 1405 Jane Street, who died Sunday. Mr. Morgan is a former resident of Brantley county. For a number of years he was connected with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad, and more recently had been engaged in the painting trade.
He was married to Miss Lavinia Lee McDaniel of Waresboro in 1905, by whom he is survived. Other survivors include two sons, A.C. Morgan, Jr. of High Springs, Fla. and Harley Morgan of Waycross and three daughters, Mrs. W.R. Culpepper, Mrs. P.E. Roberts and Miss Deena Morgan of Waycross, also a brother, L.A. Morgan of Nahunta and two sisters, Mrs. Florence Lowe of Atlanta and Mrs. Frank Morgan of Bradenton, Fla.
The rites will be conducted by Rev. G.N. Rainey, pastor of Trinity Methodist Church with burial at Waresboro cemetery. W.L. Henson and Company is in charge of arrangements.


Mr. & Mrs. Morgan were the Grand Parents of Actor Pernell Roberts.
