Graveside funeral services have been set at 10 a.m. Monday in Pampa, Texas for William F. Arndt, 72 who died at his home, 924 N. 6, Thursday.
Murry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Arndt had only been a resident of Durant for two years, having lived in Pampa, working as a guard at, Cabot Corporation, before moving here.
Mr. Arndt was born in McAlester, Indian Territory, on March 29, 1894 the son of Charles William Arndt and Mary Ellen Jones Arndt.
He was married to Ferne Cornell on July 16, 1916, who survives him.
Other survivors include a son, Jim, Odessa, Texas; three brothers, Fred; Sherman, Texas; Gordon, Washington state; and Joe, McAlester; and a sister, Mrs.Aran Lee Stevens, McAlester.
