Funeral services for Okel "Bob" Miley, 71, 1602 White St., will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Hosselton Funeral Home in Cisne. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Orchardville.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Full military rites will be conducted at the graveside by Jack Smith.
Mr. Miley, a retired oil well driller who had worked in Illinois and Ohio, died at 1:25 p.m. Sunday in John Cochran Veteran's Administration Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born in Johnsonville Feb. 9, 1911, the son of Prentiss and Rosabelle (Milner) Miley.
Survivors include his stepmother, Laura Miley of Cisne; one sister, Mrs. Olma Paul of Pompano Bech, Fla.; one stepsister, Mrs. Gladys Rehse of Royal Oak, Mich., and one stepbrother, Cecil Hale of Royse City, Texas.
Mr. Miley was a veteran of World War II.
