Merl Quentin Barrick, 54, of 146 E. North St. died Sunday in Carlisle Hospital.
He was employed by Fred's Painting and Sandblasting Co., and was a member of Good Shepherd Community United Methodist Church, West Pennsboro Twp.
Surviving are his wife, Dixie L. Spitz Barrick; two sons, Merl Q. Jr. of Carlisle, and Vincent E. of Loysville; two daughters, Cindy L. of Carlisle, and Christine A. of Graham, N.C.; two stepsons, Dale L. Cromer and Billy Russell, both of Carlisle; two stepdaughters, Kimberly Snyder of Newville, and Lisa Henry of Mount Holly Springs; his father, Melvin L. Barrick of Harrisburg; two brothers, Robert J. of Duncannon, and Richard L. of Marysville; two sisters, Betty A. Michaels and Freda M. Baker, both of Marysville; and 12 grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery, Monroe Twp.
