Janie was the daughter of George and Elizabeth Thomason Randolph. She and her sister Abbie (#9486421) married brothers.

Mrs. Rogers, 94 Succumbs:

Mrs. Jane Rogers, 94, of Route 4, florece, died at her residents at 5:25 p.m. Wednesday following an extended illiness. Mrs. Rogers was the wife of the late John Rogers. She was a lifelong resident of Lauderdale County. She was a member of the Church of God.

Funeral services will be a 2 p.m. Friday at Murphy's Chapel, with Sam Young officiating. Burial will follow in the Murphy's Chapel Cemetery.

Surviving are one daughter Mrs. Mamey Bruce of Route 4, Florence; one son, Albert Rogers of Route 4 Florence; one sister Mrs. Laura Melford of Tyronza, Poinsett County, Arkansas; 16 grandchildren, a number of great grandchildren, and a number of great great grandchildren. Active Pallbearers will be the grandsons.

The Body will be at the residence until time for the services.
Brown Srevice of Florence is in charge of arrangements.
