Orintha Matteson

Orintha Matteson, 81, of Calhoun, formerly of Portland, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 1998, in Windsor.
She was born Dec. 2, 1917, in Portland to the late Joseph Mikel and Alda Heying Atterberry. She married Paul Wesley Matteson in 1938 in Portland. He preceded her in death Dec. 23, 1997.
Survivors include: two sons, Clyde Matteson of Calhoun and Wesley Matteson of Blancher, La.; six grandchildren, Michael Matteson, Wesley Matteson, Teresa Tyler, Rita Perry, Ron Matteson and Tony Matteson; 10 great-grandchildren; one sister, Elva Struttman; one brother, Melvin Atterberry; and several in-laws.
She is preceded in death by one daughter, one grandchild and two sisters.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at the Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Bruce Williamson will officiate. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery in Reform. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
