She was born April 7, 1921, in Norwalk and was a member of the Salvation Army, Sandusky Bay ReAct Unit, and the American Red Cross Disaster Unit. Vie also volunteered at Sandusky Speedway, where she was known as "The Cookie Lady".
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence F. Billett, in 1982; her parents, Eugene and Orpha (Knisely) Scott; six brothers, Charles, Clifford, Richard, Raymond, Harrison and Clarence Scott, two infant sisters Mildred and Enza Lola.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. Tuesday until funeral Service at 11 a.m. at Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel, 617 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Burial will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
