Mrs. Cora Tolbert Mrs. Cora Keener Tolbert, 68, wife of John Tolbert, died at the residence on Oneonta route two April 26. A native of St. Clair County, she was a member of Cliff Springs Methodist Church. Surviving are the husband; four sons, Louie of Autourndale, Fla., Shorty and Arthur of Oneonta route two, Herbert of Rem-lap; three daughters. Mrs. Annie Lou' Morton Of Birmingham, Mrs. Mary Ruth Robison of Oneonta, Mrs. Kobbie Roberts, Auburndale, Fla.; five sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Green and Mrs. Allie Willingham of Oneonta route two, Mrs. Callie Tolbert of Oneonta, Mrs. Delia Hyatt of Steele route one, Mrs. Leona McWaters of Bessemer; five brothers, Willie Keener of Attalla, Jessie Keener of Birmingham, Sam Keener of Trafford, Robert and George Keener of Gallant. Last rites were held April 28 at Bethlehem Church, the Rev. Dwight Harris officiating. Pallbearers were Hershel Sloan, Willie Owens, Dewey Gargus, M. I. McWaters, Arthur Gargus, and Amos Brand. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
