Mrs. Joseph Ladue died at her home on Martin Street last Sunday morning at nine o'clock after an illness of four weeks of typhoid fever.
Mrs. Ladue was born in Massena, April 11, 1883, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Lavine. When a young woman she married Joseph LaDue of Massena, and to them seven children were born, four of whom are now living, James Ladue, Mrs. David Martin and Laura and Francis Ladue, all of Massena. She is also survived by her husband and parents, four brothers, Fred, Joseph, Lyman and Judson Lavine and one sister Mrs. Orin Carbino.
Mr. Ladue and family are extremely grateful to those kind friends and neighbors who were so kind to them during their affliction and to those who contributed many beautiful flowers for the funeral.
