Lillie Piazza Barton Vickery of Victory Gardens passed away on Saturday at her son's residence.

Born to Frances Graffagnino Piazza and Joseph Piazza, she was a life long resident of this area, having lived in Port Arthur, Groves, Winnie and Victory Gardens.

She was the owner of Barton's Snack Shop in Port Arthur and later was employed as an administrative assistant for Hinote Electric for thirty six years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frances (Vick) Vickery, her parents Joseph and Francis Piazza, brothers, Martin, Tony, Carlo, and Steve Piazza, sisters, Frances Rutherford and Lena Nix, grandson, James Bernard and step-granddaughter, Lisa Cormier.

Survivors include her son, Jamie and wife Shawn Barton, daughters, Jo Harris, Darla and husband Marty Brunswick, step-daughter Julie Vickery, brothers, Jack and wife Rose Piazza, Camille Piazza, Joseph Piazza; sister, Josie and husband Webb Collier; grandchildren, John, Jennifer, Amanda, Trisha, Wesley, Cory, Julia, Nicholas and step-granddaughter Joylynn and numerous nieces and nephews.
