William Jacob Erps

William Jacob Erps, 73, of Stevens Point, Wis., a native of Armington, died at 1 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, 1981, in a hospital at Stevens Point.
He was born July 3, 1908, at Armington, son of Bessie and the late Alfred Erps. He married Adeline Mohr in 1966. She survives at Stevens Point.
Also surviving are his mother of Pekin; seven sons and daughters, 11 brothers and four sisters as well as several grandchildren.
Brothers who reside in the Pekin area include Robert, Raymond, Howard and Donald Erps. Two sisters, Miss Mary Erps and Mrs. Betty Scott, reside at Pekin.
His father preceded him in death as well as a brother and a sister who died in infancy.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Iola, Wisc., with burial at Wausau. Boie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
