Lois L. (Baker) Stults, 77, longtime resident of Klamath Falls, went home to her heavenly father on Oct. 28, 2008, with her family lovingly at her side.
Mrs. Stults born on May 10, 1931, in Ashton, Idaho, to Wallace and Avilda (Larsen) Baker. She is a twin to her sister Louise.
In 1935, she came to Klamath Falls, where she attended and graduated from Klamath Union High School in 1949.
She met Archie Stults in 1950 and the two were married on March 12, 1952, in Mineral Wells, Texas, where they lived for two years before returning to Klamath Falls.
Lois worked at the Klamath County Assessor's Office before beginning a career with the Bank of Klamath County, which later became Western Bank. She retired from there in 1975.
Lois was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in various capacities in the church. Her hobbies included bowling, crossword puzzles, but most importantly spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Guy and Cindy Stults of Dinosaur, Colorado., Steven and Robbin Stults of Klamath Falls; daughter and son-in-law, Regina and Jeff Lowther of Klamath Falls; grandchildren, Jared Lowther (KayLynn), Tyson Lowther (Jennifer), Brandon Lowther (Diana), Tiffany Quintero (James), Stephanie and Brittany Stults, Jason and Joseph Stults; step-grandchildren, James, Jeremey and Joshua Varley, Deanna Morgan; great-grandchildren, Carie and Carl Lowther, Drezden and Kinley Quintero; sisters, Norma Rekar, Erma West and her husband Jay, Doris Drake and her husband Jim, Louise Hansen, Janice Davis; brothers, Earl Baker and his wife Anita, Carl Baker and his wife Leila, Gerald Baker; numerous nieces, nephews and friends, including a special friend Nathan Winters Lane.
Lois was preceded in death by her husband Archie in 2004 and a brother Donald Baker in 1958.
