PARKER, CHARLES M., 58, of New Port Richey, died Sunday (Dec. 22, 1996) at Columbia New Port Richey Hospital. Born in Winnsboro, La., he came here 15 years ago from Atlanta. He was a division truck tire manager for Yokohama Tire Corp., Fullerton, Calif.

Survivors include his wife, Beverly Barnett Parker; two sons, David, Los Angeles, and Greg, Little Rock, Ark.; a daughter, Belinda Cormier, Baton Rouge, La.; his father, I. D. Parker, Winnsboro; a brother, Gary, Winnsboro; three sisters, Viola Messina and Shirley Merrill, both of Monroe, La., and Peggy Newman, Winnsboro; and one granddaughter.
