WINNSBORO — Funeral services for Mrs. Rosa Cleo Parker, 64, of Winnsboro were held at 10 a.m. today in the chapel of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home with the Rev. Martin Rieger and the Rev. Bobby Brown officiating.

Burial was in Lone Cedar Cemetery near Winnsboro.

She died Tuesday night in Franklin Parish Hospital after a short illness.

A native of Brookhaven, Miss., Mrs. Parker was a member of Lone Cedar Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, I. D. Parker of Winnsboro; three sons, Willis Durwood Parker of Downsville, Charles Parker of Monroe and Gary Parker of Winnsboro; three daughters, Mrs. Shirley Merrill of Kin Cardine, Canada, Mrs. Peggy Newman of Winnsboro and Mrs. Viola Messina of Monroe; her mother, Mrs. Minnie Daughdrill of Winnsboro; one brother, Charles Daughdrill of Winnsboro; one sister, Mrs. Ann Thornton of Winnsboro; and 12 grandchildren.
