DAVIS PIONEER DIES AT 91 AFTER ILLNESS

KAMAS, Summit County, February 4 -- Mrs. Frances Ann (Fanny) Page, 91, widow of the late Alma Page, died at a Salt Lake hospital Friday at 10:45 p.m. of causes incident to age.
She was born December 9, 1858, at Bountiful, a daughter of Benjamin and Ann Chester Ashby. She was reared in Bountiful and was married in the Salt Lake Endowment House, Church of jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, to Mr. Page. He died in 1912. She had lived at Francis, Summit County, for many years.
Mrs. Page was active in organization of the LDS church and had served in the presidency of the Francis Ward Relief Society. She was a member of Daughters of Utah Pioneers.
Seven of 16 sons and daughters survive: Orson A. Page, Francis, Summit County; Mrs. Elizabeth Prescott, Hayden, Uintah County; Mrs. Etna Neil, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Iva Moulton, Provo; Mrs. Fannie Neil, American Fork; George Page, Bountiful; Chester G. Page, Emmett, Idaho; 56 grandchildren, 100 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren, two brothers and one sister: Mrs.Martha Birmingham and John Ashby, Bountiful and Ralph Ashby, Nyssa, Oregon.
Funeral services will b« conducted Monday at 1 p.m. in Francis LDS ward chapel by Wayne Prescott, bishop. Friends may call at Olpin mortuary, Heber, Sunday morning and at the residence of Orson Page, Francis,-Sunday after 2 p.m. and Monday prior to services.
