Clarence was born and raised in Waddington NY. On April 14, 1936 he was married to Jennie Phelix at the Chipman Parsonage. He worked for the State of Letchworth Village Hospital in Thiells, NY until retiring in 1969, at which time and his wife moved back to St. Lawrence county. He was survived by his wife, two daughters, six grandchildren, two sisters and a brother.
