Funeral services for Mrs. Mary M. Bush, 73, who passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Thomas Beall, southwest of Princeville Friday afternoon were held at the Bullock Funeral Home in Princeville in charge of Rev. J.C. Craine, pastor of the Princeville Methodist Episcopal Church. Interment was in the Princeville Cemetery.
Mary M. Lawson was born at Belfry, Ohio, October 14, 1860, and at the time of her death was 75 years, 3 months and 10 days of age.
She was united in marriage to Joseph D. Bush January 15, 1878. To this union, five children were born, Albert W. Bush, Princeville, Ill., Florence Tucker, Kewanee, Ill., Ida Beall, Princeville, Ill., and Joseph Bush and Luther D. Bush of Peoria.
Her husband having preceded her in death, Mrs. Bush is survived by the above named children, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, also by three brothers, O.D. Ripley, Fairmont, North Dakota, William Ripley, Pontiac, Ill., and Roy Ripley of Wisconsin, and one sister Mrs. Walker Mears of Chenoa, Ill. These together with a number of nieces and nephews, and a host of friends remain to mourn her departure.
