Jackson Township Woman Summoned

Mrs. Elizabeth Murray, 84, Dies Near Mt. Zion; Funeral Will Be Tuesday

Mrs. Elizabeth Murray, 84, lifelong resident of Jackson township, died at 10 a.m. Sunday at her home, two and one-half miles south of Mt. Zion, following an illness of several months.

The decedent was the daughter of Isaac and Sarah Huffman Jones. Her first marriage was to Jacob F. Sills, whose death occurred Dec. 27, 1924 and her second marriage was to Leroy Murray, who is deceased.

Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Kate Terhune, of Colon, Mich.; Mrs. Nora Stinson, of Jackson township, and Mrs. Minnie Grover, of Montpelier.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Mt. Zion United Brethren church in charge of Rev. Charles H. Slusher. Burial will be in the Woodlawn cemetery at Warren.
