Charles Morrissey, 70, of Holton, died Friday in Florence, Ariz.
He was born November 11, 1889, in Holton and served in World War I with company B. He was a member of the St. Dominic Catholic church at Holton.
He is survived by his wife, Grace of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Fayhe Farmer, Anchorage, Alaska, Mrs. Marguerite Hale of Glasco, Montana, and Mrs. Grace Bay of Topeka; one son, Neil Morrissey of Mayetta; two sisters, Mrs. Louise Forster and Miss Nellie Morrissey, both of Kansas City; three brothers, William of San Leandro, California, and Joe and Frank both of Topeka; and 10 grandchildren.
Services will be announced by Padden Funeral Home at Holton.
Funeral services will be at 10 o’clock Wednesday morning at St. Dominic’s Church here. The Rosary will be recited at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday.
