Clea passed away peacefully December 18, 2006 after a long struggle with Alzheimer's.
She was born February 16, 1926 to Elva Ada Stone and Sam Evans Davis in Salem Utah. She married the love of her life James J. Chidester and together enjoyed 28 years of living life to the fullest. They spent countless hours discussing the news, fishing, camping and spending time with their combined families.
After her family, Clea's passion was bowling. She holds many City and State Championships. Her most memorable titles were winning the State Doubles with her daughter Sharon and the State Seniors Doubles with her brother Kent. Her laughter and sense of humor will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
Clea is survived by her daughter Sharon (Denny) Todd, her sister Linda (Laury) Mauerman, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jim, sons Steven and Brent, brothers and sister LaMar, Blaine, Kent and Lorraine and grandson Denny.
Services will be held Saturday, December 23rd, 11:00 a.m.at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, with a visitation 1 hour prior to services.
The family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to The Stratford, Bennion Care Center and Hearts for hospice for all the tender and loving care they gave mom.
