Kate married Frederick Henry Drinkut (1879-1962) on March 15, 1900 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Their children: Carl Frederick Drinkut (1901-1961); Christian Jacob Drinkut (1902-1903); Elizabeth Marie Woehl (1904-1982) and Frederick Henry Drinkut Jr (1909-1974).
After the death of her mother (July 1916) she and her husband bought her parents' home. Kate and her husband previously lived across the street. Of those still living there: her sister, Georgia (she married August 1917 and left home); her sister, Bertha (who was blind) went to live with her sister, Leo, and her husband; her sister, Maggie, and her husband, Dan, and their family moved to another location (they had married and moved in after their father, Jacob, had died in May of 1909). It is not known how long Kate and Frederick (an Indianapolis policeman) lived there. During her married life she lived in many locations.
She died at age 60 years 0 months 17 days.
After Kate died Frederick second married: Jessie (1880-1959). He third married in November/December 1959 to Mahala (1884-1968). Kate, Frederick and Jessie are buried together. Mahala is buried at Crown Hill Cemetery.
