The last will and testament states:
"That to my wife, Mollie Gossett Hines, who as been a true and loving companion, I will and bequeath my entire estate both of real and personal property during her life, and at the death of my wife if there are any minor heirs the estate remain undivided until the youngest child marries or becomes of legal age when it shall be equally divided between my children."
