Victoria was the daughter of William and Sarah Jane (Dowdney) Arnold, the wife of J. B. "Jim" Blankenship, and the mother of Florence and Lonnie Blankenship. Two of her brothers, an uncle and aunt, and several cousins rest nearby in Ebenezer.

Victoria was only 20 years old when she died, not long after giving birth to her son, Lonnie. Her husband married a second and her children were taken in by her parents, William and Sarah Jane Arnold. As young adults, Florence and Lonnie left Texas to live in the far west. Neither returned permanently to their place of birth.

Missing from the list of Lucinda Victoria's siblings, below, is her oldest sister Mary Vienna Arnold Knapp, who also died young and whose burial place is unknown but is probably in LaSalle Parish, Louisiana.
