She was born on June 6, 1922 in Peoria County, the daughter of Carl B. and Eliza Maddox Johnson. She married Robert Bleichner on Oct. 30, 1942. He passed away May 23, 1997.
Survivors include her son, Lee (Mary) Bleichner; two sisters, Elsie Hoelzel and Margaret; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sisters, Catherine, Clara and Elizabeth; and brother, Ben.
Burial will be in Combs Cemetery, Edwards, Illinois.
