Ronald F. Flicker Sr., age 70, a resident of Lake Isabella, CA, formerly of Bayport, MN, died suddenly of a heart attack July 1.
Funeral services were held July 7 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Stillwater, MN. Burial was at St. Joseph's Church Cemetery in Pierz.
Ronald Flicker was born April 8, 1929, in Pierz. He married Dorothy Merkling in 1949. Ron worked for Anderson Windows in Bayport and also had an upholstery business. Later in life, he moved to California and worked for the City of Glendale. After he retired, he moved to Lake Isabella, CA.
Survivors include his children, Diane Flicker, Donna Rosewicz, Denise Gunderson, Ron Flicker, Jr., and Debbie Peltier; 13 grandchildren; sister, Laura Grundhofer; many nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by an infant daughter Delores; and three brothers, Werner, Ray and Melvin Flicker.
