Funeral services for Joseph L. "Joe" Harvey, 67, of 75 Coleman Blvd., Baldwin, will be held Sunday at 3 P.M. from the First Baptist Church in Baldwin, with the Rev. Don Touchton officiating, assisted by the Rev. Wingate Hansley of Ocala. Mr. Harvey was a native of Baker County and had lived in Baldwin for the past 20 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. He was a retired contractor and a former City Councilman for the city of Baldwin, an office he held for 15 years. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Jewell Rhoden Harvey, one daughter, Miss Wanda Harvey, both of Baldwin, three sisters; Mrs. Algia Reynolds, Macclenny, Mrs. Pearl Dugger, Jacksonville, and Mrs. J.P. Elliot of Hahira, Ga.; two brothers; Samuel E. Harvey and John R. Harvey, both of Jacksonville. Active pallbearers will be Robert Taylor, Guy Taylor, Jr., Clyde Taylor, Bob Harvey, Dick Harvey and Everett Rhoden. Honorary will be Lynwood Watts, Julian Watts, Cecil Grace, V.R. Jones, Everett Braddock, Bryant Braddock, R.E. Totman, F.M. Bullard, Carl Crews, Ivey Lucas, J.C. Petrey, Bill Groves, Lonnie Lynn, Tom Oft, A.W. Farrell, and W.L. Collins.
