She and her husband worked and owned the Trail Cafe. Raie was an active member of the LDS Church. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, flowers and gardening, going on rides, and loved being with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, David Virgil Clark; children, Morgan D. (Gloria) Clark, Vernal; Janet (Jay) Knudson, Layton; Pamela Kae (Nolan G.) Jackson, Vernal; Patricia Lee (Gerald D.) Abplanalp, Vernal; Corey Dee (Tina) Clark, of Salt Lake City; son-in-law, Merrill Adams, Vernal; 21 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; brothers, Glade (Laverta, Glen (Carolyn), Shirley (Bette), Dall (Ellen), Ned (Connie) Cook, all of Vernal; sisters, Buila Pummell; Onie (Jime) Byrd, Vernal; Devona (Kay) Timothy, Vernal; Nadean (Don) Carpenter, Denver, Colo.
She was preceded in death by children, Chad Virgil Clark and Judy Rae Adams; brothers, Verl and Bud; sister, Vergie.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 6 in the Maeser Stake Center with Bishop Dana O'Crowley conducting.
Nolan Jackson offered the family prayer with prelude and postlude music played by Daun DeJournette.
Glen Cook gave the invocation.
Speakers were Dall Cook, Scott Merkley and Nolan Jackson.
Ron Walker, Lana Walker and Troy Walker, accompanied by Daun DeJournette, sang "There Goes My Only Possession;" Denice Allen sang "Wind Beneath My Wings;" Troy Walker, accompanied by Ron Walker and Daun DeJournette, sang "How Great Thou Art;" Ron and Lana Walker sang "Lead Kindly Light;" and at the grave, Troy Walker sang "Keeper Of The Stars."
Jay Knudson dedicated the grave.
Pallbearers were Clark Adams, Jeff Jackson, Wayne Jenkins, Davie Jo Merkley, Jason Abplanalp and Jody Jackson.
Interment was in the Vernal Memorial Park with compassionate services offered by the Maeser 4th Ward
