Moved to Idaho with his family at age 10; worked for some years in mines at Butte Montana, (1938 living in Butte) but mostly resided at Wood River valley in Idaho.
Married Queenie Viola Evans and they had 5 children --- Queenie was living with one of their children in Washington when Patrick died of smoke inhalation and a burning camp wagon fire in Bellevue, Idaho.
