Hays -- Odelia ''Tille'' Hoffman, 77, died Feb. 12, 1990, at St. John's Nursing Home, Victoria. She was born June 12, 1912, at Victoria, the daughter of Frank and Pauline Brown Dreiling.
A lifetime resident of Ellis County, she was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, the Daughters of Isabella and the Altar Society Christian Mothers, all at Hays.
On Nov. 5, 1934, she married Nick Hoffman at Victoria, . He survives.
Other survivors include: four daughters, Rose Clark, Rita Gottschalk, and Marjorie Schumacher, all of Hays, and Pauline Moore, Overland Park; a brother, Dan Dreiling, Victoria; two sisters, Ellen Kuhn, Victoria, and Celia Schmidt, Hays; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four step grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Hays, with Father Dan Scheetz presiding. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. today at the Hays Memorial Chapel, Hays. Burial in the St. Joseph Cemetery, Hays.
Memorials may go to the church, in care of the funeral home.
