Carl E. Belver Sr., 68, died Wednesday at St. Joseph Infirmary. He lived at the Chapel House. He was a retired machinist at the Naval Ordnance Station.
Survivors include a son, Carl E. Belver Jr.
Burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.
