Carl E. Belver, 59, of 4014 18th Lane E, New Port Richey, died Saturday (Sept. 5, 1987) at HCA New Port Richey Hospital. Born in Louisville, Ky., he came here nine years ago from Warwick, R.I., and was a retired U.S. Navy chief electricians mate. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7987 and the Fleet Reserve Association and a Protestant. Survivors include his wife, Rachel.
