Clifford Jarrett, 63, Athens, died at 6:30 a.m. Monday at his home.
A funeral was to be at 2 p.m. today at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Tilford Junkins officiating. Burial was to be in the Athens City Cemetery, Spry Funeral Home directing.
Surviving are the wife, Mrs. Mattie Lou Jarrett; a son, Bobby Jarrett of Athens; a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Blizzard of Athens; four brothers, Henry Jarrett, Thomas Jarrett, and Sanford Jarrett, all of Athens, and Lee Jarrett of Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Bernice Brown of Huntsville and Mrs. Etta Terry of Athens; and three grandchildren.
Mr. Jarrett was a native of Limestone County and a member of the First Baptist Church.
