He married Minnie Adams in 1952 in St. Louis; she preceded him in death in 2000.
A son, Norman Boesdorfer, also preceded him in death.
Mr. Boesdorfer retired in 1986 from Cornbelt F.S. in Wapella and attended Christ Lutheran Church in Clinton. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Survivors: a son, Steve (wife, Linda) Boesdorfer of Virginia Beach, Va.; five daughters, Barbara (husband, Leon) Magness of Alpena, Ark., and Ruth (husband, Dan) Schick, Jean (husband, Pat) Rogers, Jan (husband, Mike) Page and Kris (husband, Chad) Hoke, all of Clinton; 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and four brothers, Elmer, Rolland, Clarence and Roy Boesdorfer, all of Pleasant Plains.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Christ Lutheran Church in Clinton, the Rev. James Bloch officiating.
Interment: Oak Park Cemetery in Clinton.
Calvert Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of arrangements.
