Frank married Sarah Louise Gillelan on 30 April 1892. They had four children - three sons and a daughter: Russell Hall, Leslie Westbrook, Louise Gillelan, and Lawrence Gillelan. Sarah passed away on January 16, 1944. Frank remarried on September 18, 1945 to Mae Chapin Davis.
Frank and Sarah owned quite a bit of land in the North Beach area of Hampton, NH. By the early 1930's they were running Leavitt's Tourist Camp (for tents and trailers) on the west side of Ocean Blvd. with access to the beach at Flounder Cove. In 1939, on June 1, Frank and Sarah sold the Tourist Camp land to Martin H. and Marion R. Van Vliet of Manchester, NH. Sadly, Martin passed away in 1942. Marion eventually decided that she did not want to manage the Tourist Camp by herself and so, on September 1, 1944, she sold it to Albert and Hazel Fanning.
