Funeral services for Hugh Paul Brawley, 81, of Sanger will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Wallin & Son Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Sanger Cemetery. He died Saturday at his home. He was a native of Arkansas and a retired construction worker. He is survived by his wife, Claudie; his sons, Garland Brawley of Avenal, and Jerome Brawley and Marion Brawley, both of Fresno; his daughters, Lucille Leach of Modesto, Leona Christian of Orange Cove, and Donna Taylor of Denair; his half brothers, John Harris Brawley of Madera, Wilbur Raney Brawley of West Covina, Warren Brawley of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and Charles Brawley of Hanford; his half sister, Juanita Rainey of Sacramento; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
