Mrs. J. A. Spence who has been a resident of Washington County for many years died at the Yuma Hospital, April 19 after a lingering illness. She was 36 years old and leaves a husband and four small children. Funeral services were held at the Cope Church last Wednesday and interment took place in the Cope Cemetery.
