I have copy of Record of Funeral which has the correct information for Ethel showing she was born 22 Mar 1901 & that her middle name is Daisy along with the statement her children made.

Obituary as printed with wrong information in it.

Mrs. Clarence Adams.
Died Sunday, November 4, Mrs. Ethel Ann ADAMS, at Horton hospital, where she had been taking treatment at intervals for heart trouble, with which she had been afflicted about nine years. The funeral service was held at the Rake's funeral home and burial at the Horton cemetery.
Ethel Ann COX was born March 27, 1901, at Sprague, Mo., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Cox. The family resided at one time four miles southwest of Oskaloosa, in Number Ten neighborhood, later in western Kansas.
She was married Dec. 14, 1919, to Clarence R. Adams; their residence was at McLouth and later at Oskaloosa during the decade of the thirties.
Their children are: Howard, who for 32 months has been with the air ground forces, now in Japan; James L., recently discharge from the army; Lawrence, of Oskaloosa; Mrs. Katherine JONES, of Topeka; Mrs. Adaile POWELL, of Holton; Mrs. Josephine KIRKHAM, of the parental home at Netawaka. There are also seven grandchildren.
She had five sisters and three brothers, two half-brothers and two half-sisters. All these reside at Wichita, except her own twin sister who died about nine years ago.
