In 1888 Mrs. Priel, with her husband and children, came to the United States and settled near Overton NE, where the present home is situated and here she resided up to the time of her demise. Funeral services were held at Holy rosary church Overton.
She leaves to mourn her besides her children mentioned above two nephewes. Rev. J. Roach and Rev M Roach both of Ontario Canada and several grandchildren.
Chris sent me an e-mail saying that Bridget was baptized on 18 May 1837. So I have made a correction on Bridget's birthday. While in Ireland in 2016 at a genealogy conference, they said that the father took the baby the day after its birth to be baptized. The mother could not attend.
