BARBERTON -- Miriam A. Seifert, 73, died Oct. 11, 1996.


A life resident of Barberton, Miriam was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, St. Monica's Guild, and of the Norton Chapter of National Catholic Society of Foresters. She was also a member of Doylestown Senior Citizens and of the Barberton Senior Center.


She was preceded in death by parents, Edward and Amelia (Youngblood) Seifert; brothers, Don and Robert Seifert; sisters, Ruth Oser and Mary Evelyn Petit. She leaves brothers, Ivan (Rita) Seifert of Norton, Fr. Raymond Seifert, C.P.P.S., Richard (Margaret) Seifert of Barberton; sisters, Helen Petit of Doylestown, Janet (Regis) Paridon of Doylestown, Marita (Robert) Zupke of Akron, Carol (Richard) Hoover of New Castle, Ind., Joan (Richard) Wehling of Pittsburgh, Pa.; numerous nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.


Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, 11 a.m., at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Doylestown. Burial at Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday at the Zak-Monbarren Funeral Home in Doylestown from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.; Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to: St. Augustine's Endowment Fund, 204 Sixth St. N.W., Barberton 44203.
