My family records indicate that his name was Walter (nickname Wallie), however his obit states his first name was actually Wallice (middle name was William). He was born Nov 30, 1894 (@ Courtland, KS) and died June 6, 1957 (@ Memorial Hospital).

He was the son of Abraham Reger Simon and Mary (Molly) Jane Wine. Abraham is the brother to my great grandfather, Jacob Simon. Abraham, Molly & children homesteaded in WY near Devil's Tower for some years after moving there from NE (or perhaps KS). Both Abraham & Molly are buried in NE.

Wallie was a veteran of WW1 and a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge at the time of his death. He was buried with "full military honors".

Wallace married Grayce Marie Kaiser in Crook Co, WY on July 6, 1926.

He had the following siblings: Bessie, James, Joseph and Guy.
