Christina L Anderson Dies:

-Christina Larson Anderson, a native of Sweden, died early Monday morning at her home, 2596 S. 9th East street in Salt Lake City. She was 85 years old.

-Born Sept. 27, 1867, in Sweden, she came to Utah at the age of 15 as a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was married to Jonas Anderson in the Logan Temple on Oct. 27, 1887. He preceded her in death.

-Surviving are the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Emma Daniels and Clifford Anderson, both of Superior, Wyo.; Mrs. Annie (Victoria) Hansen, Bountiful; Edwin H. Anderson, Sandy; Joseph W. Anderson, Magna; Mrs. Rachel Kimball and Mrs. Mary Thompson, both of Salt Lake City; Mrs Myrtle Foster, Olatha, Colo.; Eldon Anderson, Lyman, Wyo.; 35 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.

-In June, 1897, she and her family were among the first settlers in Lyman, Wyo.

-Funeral services were held on Wednesday noon at 2:60 E. So. Temple str. Burial was in Lyman, Wyo.


Three children died young, unknown burial locations:

Lily Esther Anderson 1894-1894 (1 month) buried in Big Cottonwood Cem (Holladay Memorial Park)

Lars Anderson 1902-1902 (infant twin)

Lawrence Anderson 1902-1902 (infant twin)
