Daughter of John Grant and Jessie Coutts. She married Everett William Adair (10/5/1919 in Denver, Denver County, CO). She was survived by her nine children (eight boys and one girl. Her funeral was officiated by The Rev. Alfred Carlyson. She came to the United States in May, 1910, and she gradated from high school in San Diego, CA, in 1916.

MRS. EVERETT ADAIR DIED HERE SUNDAY

Mrs. Everet Adair died Sunday morning after an Illness of several weeks following a stroke which occurred early in the fall. She was formerly Williamina Grant and was born in Aberdeen, Scotland, May 27, 1898. She came to this country in May 1910 and graduated from the high school in San Diego, Calif., in 1916. She married Everett Adair in Denver Oct. 5, 1919, and they went to Hayden to make their home. To this union were born nine children, eight boys and one girl, all of whom survive her. She is also survived by a brother, Ralph E. Grant, and a sister, Mrs. P. W. Frye , both or Berkeley, Calif., and several other relatives still residing in Scotland.

The funeral service was held this afternoon at the Heyer mortuary with Rev. Alfred Carlyon officiating. Interment was in the Steamboat cemetery. All the children were here for the funeral. Ralph, George, Donald, Bruce and Janet, who are still living at home, and Forrest is married and lives here. William, who has been in the navy for seven years was on furlough and had just returned from Japan. John lives in Spokane, Wash., and Edward in Portland, Ore. The sympathy of the community is extended to the bereaved family .
