Fannie was the daughter of James Henry Miller and Mahala Ann Vassar. Her siblings were; Andrew J. b. 2/23/1872 & d. 3/6/1872, Oney F. b, 1/20/1883 & d. 9/8/1883, David Laffiett, Benjamin Riley, John Alexander, Daniel Abraham, William "Willie" Edward, Samuel "Sam" Bertie, Dora Belle Carnagua, Mary Rebecca Marlow and Ilah Stokes.

She married Clark Dudley Garner on February 09, 1914 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. To this union nine children were born; Pearl, Ilah, Daniel, Virgil, Alva, Ruth, Roy, Cecil and Alice.

Clark Garner died in Sep. 1944. In 1945, Fannie recently widowed, lost three sons in WWII.
